“ You frickin idiots that ask “who is watching these young men” need to look at the colleges and universities as well as every other place that young adults hang out. They are adults who deserve some privacy. Some act like idiots, but who is watching the adults that work at Mickie Dees and live at the Empty Arms Apartment Complex? No one. The military goes above and beyond by providing a CQ, but he is no more responsible for those deaths than the apartment manager is if one of his tenants does this. The responsibility lies with the 16 year old. She willingly snorted the stuff, SHE INTRODUCED THE DRUG DEALER TO HER BOYFRIEND. She is no innocent kid here. Her parents are no innocent parties here either. Your kid does not go out all night after being in trouble weeks earlier without some attention. I knew a 16 year old girl that got dropped off by a different guy every Saturday and Sunday morning. Her parents didn’t care a bit. Had something happened, they would have played dumb
